ChMeetings Updates for January 2024

January 2024 has already passed, so we are already well within the new year and ready to share what we worked on since its beginning. We focused on features that let you better manage your time and events through more effective planning and that enhance your team’s and members’ experience on our platform. Here is what’s new in ChMeetings for January 2024:

If your team is organizing meetings between themselves or with church members or guests, now they can do this right within ChMeetings. Start by adding appointment types, such as calls or 1-to-1 meetings, and then book appointments right away. Anyone with an account can book via ChMeetings, while guests can book using a URL that you can share with anyone online. You can find and manage all of your bookings within ChMeetings, cancel, or reschedule as you see fit. Please read the feature documentation for details.

Service Planning

With the Service Planning feature, you can make detailed plans for your events by adding each element of your service. You can add songs, scripture, or notes and attach files to each item. You can print your plan and use templates to make it all easier the next time you make a plan.

New Builder and Forms Experiences

We have significantly improved the experience with the Page Builder and Forms Editor. When accessing the Builder, you can quickly grab a page link or QR code. To give you more space, the Builder opens in full screen, and the card editing panel has been moved to the right side. The full screen and side editing panel have also been applied to the Forms Editor.

If you use the Branded app, you can now edit the app menu and add icons tomenu items. Get the Branded App here.

Recurring Volunteer Scheduling

Now you can schedule volunteers recurringly, for the same event and role. It makes it easier to manage volunteers when you know that people are available to help on several occurrences of your events.
