ChMeetings Updates For May 2024

This May has been a month full of detailed work for the ChMeetings team. We’ve been going through the entire platform and improved several areas, to help you get things done faster and better. Let’s explore what’s new.

The Builder Has New Cards and Options

In the Builder, you can now add two new cards:

  1. The Google Maps card helps you display a location and let people find it using Google Maps.
  2. The Blog card allows you to add a list of blog posts to your page. You can display all your posts or those from a certain category.

Additionally, three other cards have been improved with new features:

  1. The Video card allows you to add YouTube Playlists, which you can display as horizontal or vertical lists; or in a playlist mode.
  2. The Forms card now lets you search forms and also filters them by ministry.
  3. The Article card has an option to add a new article without having to exit the Builder.

Other Updates

  1. Forms: You can now print form submissions.
  2. Appointments: Members can now schedule appointments for both themselves and their family members.
  3. Tools: When merging people, you can now search by name, email, or mobile phone. You can also refresh the duplicates list by clicking a dedicated icon.
  4. Contributions and API: People profiles now have a field for the Envelope Number. You can see and edit it if you have permission to access Envelopes. The Envelope Number is now also available in the API, where you can now exchange data on people without envelopes.

We hope these features make your work easier and more efficient. Until next time, we invite you to contact us if you need help, and stay tuned to our release notes for more frequent updates.
