Easy to use and install. Cons: It would be nice if the personal branding was included.Jessica Minor15 March 2024Great Resource for Churches Pros: The ease of transitioning from another cloud-based service. The customer service response time is very quick and easy to understand. Customization is easy to learn and use. Pros: Ease of use, and setup. The cost is great for all of the uses that come along with it. Cons: The ablity to attach documents to an event would be nice such as PDF/sEmmanuel Odairi2 March 2024Church Administration made easy Overall: It has been a wonderful experience so far because church administration just got easier and our membership commitment has improved because of the beautiful follow up systems in Chmeetings Pros: I love everything about this software but one that stands out most is that we have moved from manually recording attendance to getting it automated, Notifications and reminders for meetings are even easier to set up. Cons: There are a few SMS options for people in Nigeria and I would appreciate it if more options are made available. The SMS feature is very important in this region where the internet isn't stable.Andrea Washington22 January 2024Can I Get A Refill Overall: My overall experience has been such a great experience of my learning the system and how easy it is to have one software that do a lot more then some others at a fare price. Pros: navigating through the system and how easy it was to add things our church needed and how the company was willing to help move over from the previous system we had and their customer service system. Cons: As of this date I only can say that I wished that the app was included in the price and not a addon as well as texting.Levi Barrett3 October 2023An Incredible Invention Pros: To be honest, we like all the options we have so far used. This app helps in every way and is especially useful in a small congregation where there is limited staff members. We are happy to have discovered ChMeeting app. we love it immensely.
