Add profile fields and request file attachments
Forms can include profile fields, to make it easy for members to update their information. They can also attach a
file of up to 5MB to the form.
Each form comes with submission statistics that provide data or charts for each question; and also tell you the
number of form submissions, the completion rate or the average completion time.
