Forms
Create And Share Forms
Add the fields you require, customize then share your form as a link or embed it on the web. Your members can see it
in their ChMeetings menu, according to the form-specific privacy you configure. You can then see what each person
submits through your form, and update their profile based on the submission - unless you enable anonymous
submissions.
Add Profile Fields And Request File Attachments
Forms can include profile fields, to make it easy for members to update their information. They can also attach a
file of up to 5MB to the form.
Submission Statistics
Each form comes with submission statistics that provide data or charts for each question; and also tell you the
number of form submissions, the completion rate or the average completion time.
