No. The external AI connection is read-only. It can access and explain information from ChMeetings, but it cannot add, edit, or delete records, record contributions, send messages, or make other changes to your account.
Is our church data used to train AI models?
No. ChMeetings does not use your church data to train AI models.When connecting ChMeetings to an external AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok, we also recommend reviewing that assistant’s privacy settings and disabling model-training or data-improvement options where available. This is a good general privacy practice whenever you connect business or organizational data to an AI service.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
