- Fix Mailchimp integration issue when removing the integration and adding it again.

- Contributions: Add an option to add envelops and linking it with members to help in increasing confidentiality when adding the contributions.
- Person Details – Giving: Show the total giving for the member and also his family.
- Fix a sorting issue in event instances.
