You’ll never be charged for integrations like PayPal, Stripe, or Mailchimp, those services may have their own fees, but ChMeetings does not.
How do you calculate the number of people in a plan?
Your plan is based on the number of active people in your account, meaning those currently listed in your People module.
Here’s how it works:
🟢 Active People: Count toward your plan limit.
🟡 Archived People: Don’t count. You can restore them anytime (as long as you’re within your plan limit).
🔴 Deleted People: Don’t count either. They stay in your Deleted People report for 30 days, then are permanently removed.
Every time you add or restore someone, your active count increases.
When you archive or delete someone, your active count decreases.
If you ever reach your limit and need to add more people, you can either:
– Archive or delete some existing profiles, or
– Upgrade to the next plan to increase your capacity.
Does it cost extra to collect donations?
No, ChMeetings doesn’t charge any fees for donations.
If you choose to receive online donations, your payment processor (like PayPal or Stripe) may apply their standard transaction fees, just like they do for any online payment.
