It is integrated into your main ChMeetings account, but admins, members, and guests can download it separately from Google Play and the Apple App Store. The listing is under your church name, logo, and colors, with personalized screenshots and in-app screens.

The only situation when you may need to be involved in an app update is if your church changes branding elements such as your logo or colors. In this case, just contact us and we will update them for you.

Yes. We charge for the branded church app, in addition to any paid ChMeetings plan. So, your final cost is your ChMeetings plan price plus the branded app price.

Branded church apps cost extra throughout the industry, and some of our fellow ChMS developers charge setup fees in the thousands, while their monthly pricing is in hundreds of dollars. With ChMeetings, you can get a branded app for a two-digit price for as long as the economy allows us to charge such rates.

We charge no setup fees, and your only upfront cost is your subscription – either the monthly or the yearly price, depending on how often you’d like to be billed.

We bill based on calendar month or year, starting with the first and ending with the last day of the period. So, for example, if you subscribe to the branded church app annually in the middle of the year, you only pay for the remaining period within the current year, not for a full year.
Yes. you get two free months, so you pay for 10 months instead of 12 when subscribing annually.

Absolutely! You can cancel ChMeetings altogether, or just the branded app. If you want to cancel your entire ChMeetings account, you can do so yourself, from Settings > Account Settings. This will cancel both your main ChMeetings account and the branded church app.

To only cancel the branded church app, and keep using unbranded ChMeetings, please contact us and we will cancel it for you.
